With offices currently open in Shreveport/Bossier, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Huntsville, AL, Jackson, MS, Picayune, MS, and Augusta, GA and Loan Originators licensed in Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Arkansas, Tennessee, Maryland, South Carolina and Florida, we are aggressively seeking Sales Managers and Loan Originators in all Regional markets with strong background and experience in developing Purchase business through referral sources including, but not limited to, realtors and builders.We believe that the Loan Officer and Producing Branch Manager are the heart of the organization, and are rewarded through a very strong compensation structure. We offer expanded credit products to qualify more customers, localized Processing at the branch, strong Marketing assistance, and underwriting to AUS guidelines on all loans. We also make a lot of Specialty Loans, those with FICO scores below 620, as well as Manufactured Home loans.
