- Provided IT services and technical support for up to 55 internal staff and remote software deployment for external customers- IT Systems Administration responsibilities included day-to-day server and workstation administration, new infrastructure analysis, design and implementation, systems upgrading, corporate data security and backup, departmental budgeting and asset management and procurement for a company that grew 400% over 4 years. This rapid growth provided many infrastructure and capacity planning challenges- Technical Services responsibilities included deploying and troubleshooting proprietary practice management software for remote customers in a HIPAA compliant environment. This involved working directly with both internal staff and end-user health care clinic staff and doctors

- Responsible for network systems administration, business software development and end-user support- Provided IT services to main office and 70 remote users across Canada which involved designing, deploying and administering Microsoft based network infrastructure including needs analysis, IT budgeting, purchasing and strategic planning- Designed, programmed and maintained mission critical client/server business application and web portal using Visual Studio and SQL development tools
