Primary responsibilities are getting our 20+ data sources downloaded and placed in the appropriate places and formatting them in the necessary data formats monthly. Project lead for the annual build and QA testing for the data updates of our legacy software and assembling all files needed for the customers to install software which included US, Canada, and Australia. Streamlined the build and QA process so that they were easily repeatable each year. Provide level 2 technical support of legacy software which includes being involved in customer calls to assist in troubleshooting their issue or training the customer to accomplish what they need.
