CurrentDon sold real estate on the North Shore of Chicago before joining the @properties management team as Managing Broker for the Evanston Office. For the last ten years he has managed that office. In 2015 he opened the Lake Geneva, WI office and recently the Wilmette (IL) office. While he sold, he offered his clients the highest level of service, insightful information about the market, and counseled them on negotiating strategies. Whether dealing with first-time homes buyers or experienced sellers, each client deserved and got his unmatched attention.Today his "clients" are the agents in his offices. Don is a huge proponent of knowing and communicating "Best Practices". Coupled with a deep understanding of technology and how it can help an agent manage his or her business, his focus is on the agents' success. He makes it his purpose to help each agent realize his or her potential, supporting each as they master the nuances of real estate and, along the way, making sure the people in his office have fun in this challenging business.Don's career before real estate was in marketing and focused on launching new consumer products. We interact with US Sailing, Intercollegiate Sailing and other organizing authorities to promote the sport of sailing and to provide a structured environment for competition across the nation. We have over 450 high school teams in 7 distinct Districts and host four major national championship regattas each year.
