As the Enterprise Community Manager for West Michigan’s largest employer, I was responsible for the relaunch and strategic direction of its award-winning intranet, InSite. My duties included consulting on best practices and use cases, creating engaging, compelling content, spearheading compliance, governance and user issue triage; providing strategic guidance of the system, and tracking usage and metrics to drive employee engagement and adoption. The site was the winner of Ragan Communications' 2015 "Best Relaunch" Intranet Award as a result.
