As Systems Architect, Lead Software Engineer and Project Manager I have:- Continued the development, growth and support for the Encite EHR system.- Coordinated the team development of a National Electronic Health Records Software package consisting of patient encounter documentation, prescription writing, lab order tracking, heath management, room-to-room patient location tracking, reporting and inter-office messaging.Responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of the software development lifecycle: - Research - Planning - Development - Testing (QA & Unit) - Installation - Support - Upgrading I've consistently met demanding deadlines and would often have to “switch gears” to handle ever-changing requirements. The system included a self-created simplified programming language to allow for dynamic screens, forms and document creation.

Wing Computer Database Officer- Created, updated and maintained multiple databases each with a C++ or VB user interface for tracking personnel, computer systems, aircraft parts inventory and many other wing operations.Maintenance Operations Center Coordinator- Upgraded and maintained databases for tracking aircraft location, status and maintenance tasks- Centralized maintenance management of all aircraft on the field- Coordinated ground airfield and flightline emergencies- Handled multiple 40 line phone banks and secure telecommunication systemsCommunications and Navigations Systems Specialist- Duties involved troubleshooting electronics system including Radar, Encrypted Radio (UHF, VHF, HF, VLF), Intercom, VOR, and other aeronautic systems.- Requirements included the understanding and regular use of Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Spectrum analyzers, Multimeters and other electronic testing equipment.
