I am a Guest Service Manager with over 10 years of customer service and guest relations experience. I have been privileged to serve the Hospitality Industry in 3 Hilton brands (Embassy Suites, Home2, and Hampton Inn & Suites), most notably with McKibbon Hospitality, in several capacities. Prior to my tenure in Hospitality/Guest Service Management, I was afforded the chance to pursue my passion for Graphic Design and Brand Management with the Department of Community Affairs. During my tenure I was afforded the opportunity to become a supporting member of the Executive team, redesign and manage DCA's current branding, travel to support organizational/department efforts, and to connect with members of state government and corporate enterprise.
