I utilizedvarious AWS services to build the application, including Amazon SageMaker, AWS Lambda, andAmazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2).Utilized AWS SageMaker and PyTorch to create advanced text embeddings for deep learningapplications. Developed and fine-tuned models to create high-quality embeddings that capturedthe key features and nuances of the text data, ensuring maximum accuracy and efficiency.Used Scikit-Learn’s K-Nearest Neighbors to cluster text embeddings and create an index.Thisinvolved finding the k-nearest neighbors of each document based on their embeddings, where kwas a predefined parameter. The model was then used to find similardocuments to a given query by calculating the cosine similarity and finding its nearest neighborsin the embedding space.
