Responsible for providing excellent customer service to corporate tenants, visitors and guests on a daily basis. Tasks include checking in visitors, guests, and delivery personnel in order to maintain building access security.Answer telephone calls at the front desk from the Property Manager or Tenants and forward to appropriate recipient. Maintaining a secure environment in the building including answering calls from Retail tenants who need help with removing unwanted customers or unauthorized visitors. Responsive to any issues regarding the buildings’ elevators. Assist vendors and contractors at the building loading dock providing access for large deliveries. Communicate regularly with Property Management and contact law enforcement as needed. Monitor multiple CCTV building/elevator cameras throughout the building.
