As a civil engineer with 2 years in the construction industry as heavy civil estimator, I’m an experienced professional with a strong blend of expertise in concrete, earthwork, underground utilities, bridge superstructure and substructure, structural steel amongst other disciplines. In addition to earning my Bachelors Degree, I have acquired knowledge in OSHA regulations, concrete quality, and compliance training.I have always been interested in the "ins and outs" of how things are constructed, designed, and engineered. Also, I have come to be known for being a learner, a innovator, and a mender. A related strength of mine is continually focusing on results and establishing processes and procedures for upcoming coworkers to follow, with the goal of making their learning experience easier and more enjoyable. I firmly believe in teaching others and developing solid professional relationships. I wouldn’t be who I am today, if it wasn’t for the mentors I have had in my career so far. As a construction professional continually managing both details and deadlines, I have an obsession with quality and efficiency. I’m a Volleyball and Basketball player that believes exercise makes us more focused and efficient.Over time, I have developed a strong interest in charity work, particularly involving the unfortunate and the sick. I've volunteered at the Habitat for Humanity and I’m committed to helping my community grow better in every possible way, starting with the younger generations who will grow up to lead in the future.
