Disaster Recovery Specialist, responsible for supervising clerks, overseeing office operations, developing work schedules for clerks, and overseeing assignment preparation and tracking. • Managing day to day activities such as scheduling, organization, and various office functions to support field operations.• Identifying acceptable performance levels, and performance improvement plans to address unacceptable performance. • Conducting quality checks, data entry, oversees shipment activities.• Planning and directing complex projects requiring identification of a variety of advanced operational problems and development of innovative solutions and appropriate actions.• Recommending process improvement to ensure high quality, timely and cost-effective methods are utilized.• Interpreting and implementing changes to policies, practices and technologies to comply with changing business and legal requirements.• Working with management to continually evaluate and improve operations, including identifying improvements for policies/procedures and providing input on new information sources and technologies.• Consulting with leadership to identify platforms and strategies to optimize program operation processes.• Expanding and maintaining program knowledgeability to provide high quality support and services, while implementing and obtaining all required certifications and training.• Applying complex federal, state and local policies to achieve program objectives.• Managing multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.• Maintaining high levels of confidentiality, ethics and integrity while handling/safeguarding proprietary, and PII materials.• Identifying, analyzing, developing and proposing effective solutions to complex strategic-level issues and reviewed regulations, policies, procedures, and other guidance in order to make sound recommendations.
