Currently an Assistant Inspector General (IG) for the Regional Health Command - Atlantic. Serves in the capacity of advisor, inspector and investigator for tasking's directed by the Secretary of the Army, Department of Defense, Department of the Army Inspector General, and the Commanding General, while providing complete and comprehensive service to all clients. Provides assistance to requesting personnel, investigates matters as directed by the Command Inspector General, Commanding General, and higher headquarters. Initiates and maintains case records in the Inspector General Action Request System (IGARS) database in accordance with regulatory policy.

Served as Dermatology NCOIC: coordinates, controls and maintains clinical operations; responsible for the professional development and welfare of one Civilian, one Airmen, three Soldier's and two providers Army and Airforce combined; maintains clinical compliance with facility policies and Joint Commission standards; ensures all staff work within their scope of practice; maintains clinical logistics, management, and security; provides guidance in improving quality of care, with average of 7,000 patients seen annually throughout EUCOM and CENTCOM Areqas of Responsibility; accountable for clinical equipment valued in excess of $800,000.

Served as Emergency Room (ER) coordinator for a Level III Trauma Center with a permanent staff of 77 Soldiers, Airmen, Civilians, and 25 rotational support staff; assists in the accountability of equipment and supplies worth over $1,000,000; signs, instructs, and policies and The Joint Commission standards; orients medical personnel rotation through the ER on patient-related procedures and protocols; assists medical providers performing triage, exams, and treatment for as annual average of 29,000 patients through Europe Command and Central Command Areas of Operation.

Served as the Audiology & Speech, and Hearing Conservation Supervisor. Provided support to three Audiologist, two Speech Pathologist one local national employee and one junior enlisted Soldier; provides clinical, logistical and administrative support to the clinic Staff while serving more than 600,000 DoD beneficiaries and coalition forces in support of Operation Enduring Freedom; establishes policies and standards; maintains hand receipt for equipment and supplies valued over $700,000; responsible for the preparation, development and management of provider templates and schdules.

Served as the Senior Healthcare Specialist for the 7th Sustainment Brigade consisting of 5 Battalion's and 4100 Soldiers; responsible for the health, welfare, training, mentorship, and morale of three NCOs and 17 Soldiers; advises and assists Battalion and Brigade Staff with medical operation tasking's, oversees schedules, and plans 68W sustainment training; oversees the Brigade overall medical readiness through the Medical Protection System (MEDPROS) management, Medically Non-Deployable (MND) reporting, and e-Profile tracking; assists Brigade Operations in analyzing medical requirement's for all major training events, vessel mission, installation, and garrison medical tasking's.

Responsible for tactical and garrison operation for the 7th Sustainment Brigade consisting of 5 Battalion's and 4100 Soldiers; responsible for the training, professional development, discipline, and welfare of 1 NCO and 10 Soldiers; analyzes medical requirements for all major training events, vessel missions, installations and garrison task; functions as a NCO of the Brigade Command teams in maintaining a high state of medial readiness; monitors all pending Medical Evaluation Boards (MEBs, Physical Evaluation Boards (PEBs), and MOS Medical Retention Boards (MMRBs) with in the Brigade.

Served as a Squad Leader in a Medical Treatment Platoon of an Area Support Medical Company; deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 09-11 responsible for providing level II health care to over 27,000 Coalition Forces assigned to AL Asad Air Base and Victory Base Complex; responsible for audiology testing, reporting, updating of 2,300 Service members and contractors overseas and in garrison; responsible for the accountability and maintenance of vehicles, organizational and medical equipment valued at over $546,000.
