Duties expanded to include process improvements, training and software development to enhance the productivity and accuracy of the microwave backhaul engineering and surveying staffs. Co-creator/architect of PathDesigner(tm) microwave backhaul engineering design tool, a Windows-based software suite that enhances backhaul design productivity to a level unseen in the industry. Produced Low Latency microwave backhaul designs in 7 countries to date.
