Application Processing: Handle the initial stages of mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.Communication: Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams to provide updates and gather necessary information for mortgage processing.Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Coordination: Collaborate with mortgage advisors and underwriters to streamline the mortgage approval process.Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding the mortgage application process.

• Managing inbound calls from customers and providing solutions or updates while liaising between different departments of the organization.• Ensuring that all inbound calls are answered and any missed calls are returned.• Handling client complaints and requests in a professional manner and escalation of calls.• Taking ownership of customers' issues and follow up problems through to resolution.• Providing a value adding and lasting experience for our customers.• Ensuring Client Satisfaction Surveys are carried out in a timely manner.

Communicating with clients by email and with other solicitors and professional organizations always providing the highest level of customer service to clients• Setting up client files within case management• Producing initial client documentation and checking such documents upon their return and requesting further documentation if required and performing Background checks on clients and Anti Money Laundering Checks.• Requesting Documentation fundamental to the transaction:• Ensuring documents are returned by client's and work providers, chasing them if required and progressing Transactions.• Logging and completing tasks on the case management system.• To meet all key SLAS and KPIs within the department/referrers' requirements• To always ensure your individual compliance with all policies and procedures• To report directly to the Conveyancers and Account managers on all above aspects
