My Primary responsibility was to reduce the Cohort Default Rate of each campus within the Western Region. I built a team of Student Loan Counselors who were strategically placed within certain areas of the region in an effort to leverage their resources. By establishing strong relationships with campus leadership teams, we were able to launch a successful Financial Literacy Program as well.

My responsibilities included running the daily operations of the call center. Recruiting, training and development of all staff members. Meeting our client expectations and set quotas was always my highest priority. Creating monthly and annual budgets in an effort to properly forecast expense and revenue streams. Developed the company work standards and updated the employee handbook in an effort to improve overall performance standards. Ensured all time sheet and payroll records were properly maintained. Provided performance reports to executive level management and owners.
