BD Biosciences – Order Management Coordinator July 2000 - 2019• SAP, Salesforce, customer correspondence via e-mail or phone. Attention to detail, compliance with department standards and excellent time management skills • Provide daily support to field sales representatives• Interact with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Technical Product Support, Planning and other functional groups to request information needed to process quotes and order to request date • Receive and review customer purchase orders to ensure meet BD finance standards and are SOX compliant• Responsible for documenting, managing and tracking customer interactions using SAP and Salesforce• Support the Credit/Collections department to resolve billing disputes, credit holds, and credit card authorizations• Initiate returns goods authorizations, product replacement orders or credits, and performs timely follow up to ensure material is received• Communicate with customer proactively to provide order status and updates impacting delivery• Read, understand, and revise processes and procedures as necessary• Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures. Take responsibility for safety in immediate work area. Notify supervisor of all observed hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices
