Instrumental in the successful merger of two former competitors that created U.S. Filter Control Systems. The resultant synergy increased revenues 20%. Product management included the launch and sale of a new controller that resulted in the largest single order in company history ($1.25M) and continues to produce significant residual income. Also worked on a software/service package and a comprehensive level instrumentation market analysis while maintaining regional sales manager responsibilities, working with an independent representative network. Sales exceeded forecasts by 25%.
