AnalytX served clients in various locations, including Dubai, Hong Kong, London, Zurich, Luxembourg, Tel Aviv, Oslo, Montreal, San Francisco, New York, Boston, and other areas across the United States. Worked with key clients and collaborators in the San Francisco Bay area and developed the Venture Complete software application. Key early adopters include Benchmark, Summit Partners, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, The World Bank, Soros, Baring PE, and GE Capital. In 2006, refocused development efforts to build a new platform, called the Private Equity Office (PEO), to model multilayer assets and fund and investor structures. We deployed PEO and the WebLP investor portal successfully deployed in late 2006. PEO is widely deployed worldwide, with installations covering the full spectrum of alternative assets, including leveraged buyout funds, venture capital, real estate funds, family offices, and alternative asset service providers. Customers include UBS, Barclays, Desjardins, Société Générale, and 200+ private equity and venture capital firms. Founder And CeoObject Capital Technology Inc. 1991 - 1996I served as one of the principal architects of the Fixed Asset Securitization Transaction (FAST) system with the KPMG Structured Finance Group. The platform was used to reverse-engineer over $1 Trillion in CMO and REMIC Wall Street securitization deals. Working with a small, hands-on team, created a pure object-oriented framework to model diverse collateral loan types and payment behavior for collateral loans and synthetic securities. Models included amortization of collateral pools and simulated bond yield scenarios using a dynamic expression-based rules engine. I also created loan amortization and servicing programs, servicing large mortgage pools used by major banks across the United States. Performed software development using C++ on the Sun Unix System V platform, running against a Sybase back end. In addition to advanced object-oriented software engineering skills (C++), developed financial expertise involving collateral derivatives, including real estate mortgages and student loans and synthetic 'strip' securities including IO's and Z bonds fed from the collateral pools.KPMG Higher Education Group: Managed a software development group in developing an Oracle-based cost allocation/accounting system delivered to colleges and universities across the USA.World Bank: Jakarta Indonesia; Created a consumer price index model onsite in Jakarta for the Bank of Indonesia, with an Oracle back-end, on a Unix System V platform.
