My journey includes pivotal roles such as Executive Director of the EMS Compact, Chief Operating Officer at the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, and State EMS Director in two states. My work has also extended internationally, where I led EMS and trauma development in Sri Lanka and many South Asian nations. In Haiti, I spearheaded the disaster response following the 2010 earthquake, bringing crucial emergency services and support to the affected communities.I specialize in guiding organizations through technological, operational, and financial transformations, consistently enhancing service quality and team productivity. My leadership is underpinned by a commitment to integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
