Additional projects included the overhaul of our rebranding and marketing strategy, materials, campaigns, and sales collateral. Developed and implemented a formal sales strategy including building a sales team to penetrate into large district and statewide school systems. The direct result of these efforts was initial revenue growth in excess of 400% in the first three years, maintaining growth in excess of 30% annually with very high profit margins.Involved in launching several new products including the only national standards-based special education curriculum, symbol-based software products, and iOS apps.
