• Manage the closure of outstanding IT audit issues, TRAP and respective corrective actions
• Support the IT Risk and control function in the management of BCP, BIA and DR capability.

• Respond to information security incidents including internal events and targeted threats
• Monitor, identify, report and escalate any violations or incidents in accordance with established policies, procedures and security standards.
• Monitor leakage of credit card information’s and other bank’s sensitive data
• Monitor and report to SOC about phishing and other malicious activities that could bring reputation and financial damage to bank.
• Support Security operations for the continuous protection of the information systems & IT infrastructure.
• Working with provider of Security Event Monitoring, review security events and manage any resulting investigation and implementation of remedial action

• Provide 24/7 on call backup for Team Leader
• Assume regulatory and fiscal reporting requirements in Team Leaders absence
• Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team
• Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance

• Installing OS patches, automated patch deployment and maintenance updates
• Implementing the Backup procedure. Crash Recovery and minimizing down time in case of system failure. Installing. Core dump Analysis, Failure analysis and finding the root cause.
