• Manage the closure of outstanding IT audit issues, TRAP and respective corrective actions• Support the IT Risk and control function in the management of BCP, BIA and DR capability. • Support with the creation and updating of RCSA’s and periodic control tests.• Proactively drive improvement in the risk profile of the bank though the application of risk management techniques working with the IT team • Ensure that the release management tasks in the IT department are being conducted to standard and released to timely production.• Verify change requests submitted for the weekend implementation and arrange weekly change control meetings.• Develop and maintain IT Procedure to document Risk & Control processes• Monitor the implementation of IT control test plan, and coordinate with Ops Risk to prepare the auditing reports.• In liaison with Ops Risk schedule and perform quality control tests and support in the report of findings to Head of IT Management and Control. Develop corrective action plans.• Support to prepare risk and control reports and other documentation required by senior management.• Periodic progress updates to internal audit and information security on outstanding risk issues

• Respond to information security incidents including internal events and targeted threats• Monitor, identify, report and escalate any violations or incidents in accordance with established policies, procedures and security standards.• Monitor leakage of credit card information’s and other bank’s sensitive data• Monitor and report to SOC about phishing and other malicious activities that could bring reputation and financial damage to bank.• Support Security operations for the continuous protection of the information systems & IT infrastructure.• Working with provider of Security Event Monitoring, review security events and manage any resulting investigation and implementation of remedial action• Ensure analysis, coordination and publication of appropriate reports on all aspects of IT Security and keep Information security register updated with appropriate actions such as root cause, next steps or events • Work closely with project managers and senior technical leads to ensure work meets customer's objectives and other bank’s projects related to Security.• Assist senior team managers in carrying out exercises related to IT Security reviews, Technology review and Assessment program (TRAP) and Forensic analysis.• Work with SOC Manager on any investigations concerning security incidents, breaches to bank’s data, network , applications , databases and other systems • Good knowledge in implementing firewall rules and router level commands for access related cases • Good knowledge and hands on experience in Web sense proxy and Symantec endpoint protection manager console• Good Hands on experience in Symantec SIEM log Monitoring solution.• Good knowledge in SMTP gateway and hands on experience in Symantec Bright mail gateway.• Fair understanding and experience in vulnerability assessment tests, Penetration test and website scanning using different scan tools.
