Team Leadership & Coordination: - Lead, direct, and coordinate the IT teams at each factory. - Provide training and development to IT teams to keep them up-to-date with the latest technologies. - Ensure effective communication between factory IT teams and central management. Support & Problem Resolution: - Provide technical support for all IT-related issues at both the holding company and factory levels. - Ensure that IT issues in each factory are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. - Manage the escalation of issues that require further attention. IT Policy Development & Compliance: - Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards across the holding company and all factories. - Ensure each factory adheres to the established IT policies and procedures. - Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Security Management: - Oversee cybersecurity across all networks and data centers. - Perform regular risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies. - Develop and enforce information security policies. Budgeting : - Manage the IT budget across the holding company and all factories, including cost planning and control. - Allocate IT resources effectively and efficiently between the holding company and each factory.
