In “Chapter One” of my career, with almost 30 years spent as a serial entrepreneur, I have founded, turned around, and grown seven companies! I’ve raised over $25mm in VC/private investment; built and sold companies. My role was to obtain private funding - get the company launched, build infrastructure, take the company to market, develop the initial branding, sales and a $3+ million sales pipeline, and upon completion, to return the company leadership to the founder in Virginia.Hire-Intelligence, a premiere selection/retention decision support system, is now available in a hosted environment on an annual subscription basis. Execuserve clients have reduced attrition - particularly sales attrition - by over 50% on average after using Hire-Intelligence for 18 months - with huge ROI gains that impact the top and bottom lines. Execuserve achieved revenue in Q4 2004 and in Q4 2005 should be operationally profitable. Mission accomplished.
