Grew staff and revenue; diversified programs from IT roots to include management development and project management training. Successfully participated in sale of ALPH to Ciber, a NYSE listed IT services company, at at 3.5x premium to the price per share prior to the merger offer. Was a leader in the transition team and managed communications throughout the merger process - both internal and external. After the merger was completed was successful in selling off the Learning Solutions division to another training company.
