Originally IWC (Integrated Work Coordination), I worked with the Investment Strategy team. I coordinate closely with engineering and construction to develop resource plans and schedule work. I assigned tasks and meetings with the teams to prioritize work. I utilized Microsoft products such as Excel and Access, updating SQL codes to create and provide reports to show progress with with work statuses.

In my role, as the Commissioner of Women's Athletics, serving the Rockville area, I am the producer of the Rockville area’s only running flag football league for women. Since I was appointed in 2015, I have developed three successful leagues and one tournament with four to nine teams. As a member of a four member team, I create, design and distribute announcements in various forms of social media, including creating flyers. I maintain league website, update schedules, and create announcements based on the audience that I am serving. In my role, I also assist teams who are struggling to seek players to join their team to fill their team quota so that they can participate. One of my greatest accomplishments is when I restarted the league with 60 participants.
