Act as the primary point of contact for client's HR/Benefits staff and own all aspects of support for employer clients. Project management for client’s open enrollment and health fair planning, design of employee communication materials, support of benefits technology, and ongoing assistance with problems & questions.

• Provide expert HR & benefits assistance to client’s employees in a timely, accurate and friendly manner via phone and email • Support internal HR and Benefits Specialists with accurate administration of important client support activities such as new hire processing, benefits enrollments, tracking and collection of employee documents, etc. • Utilize internal and external cloud-based software systems to effectively and efficiently support clients and track work activities.

Facilitated the transition from a sole proprietor construction business start-up with $30k in revenue to a corporation with 5 employees and over $100k in revenue. Sole office personnel that developed and implemented all back office procedures.- Utilize knowledge of QuickBooks to create job estimates, generate invoices, and follow up on accounts receivable- Record daily transactions in QuickBooks register and reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis- Create, maintain, and update employee files- Manage employee health insurance benefits- Complete weekly payroll, prepare and execute quarterly payroll taxes and forms as well as report monthly payroll to worker’s compensation insurance in an accurate and timely manner- Prepare and preside over annual worker’s compensation insurance audit- Create and maintain spreadsheets to streamline business processes; lumber take-off list, client allowances spreadsheet, detailed estimate worksheet- Design, research, and order marketing materials for the company- Communicate business needs with insurance and bond brokers, review, and approve proposals- Researched, prepared, and implemented a strategic plan to incorporate the business
