One of the huge benefits of working for Fl1 is how projects are handled, they trust in my abilities, brief me on the projects and from that point I would liaise with the client and our designer through to completion, consulting on how best to approach the task at hand and engaging the client as much as possible with the build as it is their baby too.

My most improved area is within the back-end and understanding clearer how is best to host and migrate between different servers (hosts such as UKFast, 1and1, FastHosts).Using tools such as SEMRush and online SEO Checks - I have heavily improved all of our websites SEO score and drastically shifted there engagement through the Google search (Average SEO score increase of 25-30).As SSL Certificates have become more prevalent since the latest update to browsers. I've been required to create and transfer SSL certificates. I also still use my skills in email building creating HTML templates for ourself and our clients.The last few things to mention would be how much more involved in meetings I have become, my organisational skills are improving and managing my time has been made easy with TeamWork.
