Welcome to Door 3 Coaching. I am so glad you are here.Ever since I was a child I have been intrigued by patterns. Glancing down at the busy carpet patterns in the hotel lobbies I see shapes that create new pictures and scenes. In the sleeve of my jacket, I see the weave of the fabric and the pattern of the colors. I never knew how this “noticing of pattern” talent would serve me-until I became an Executive Coach.In business, our behaviors and belief systems, like the weave of a coat, have patterns. Too often, we play it safe when we communicate which has us working harder and longer to fully connect with others. When we dance around the truth, stay away from disagreements and fear honest feedback we are building relationships that are fragile. We need to know how to create ANTIFRAGILE relationships today. The term "antifragile" is all about creating a workplaces where "breaking away from being fine" and means disagreeing and challenging the status quo.This environment supports trust, candor clarity and innovation-all the ingredients needed to thrive in today's complex work environment.In Team Coaching, I partner with executive teams to uncover their current culture through a Team Assessment process. Once we uncover the patterns, we shift into a team environment that will promote psychological safety. This new design results in higher productivity because people want to engage.In my Sales Coaching program, I work with new and experienced sales people to help them understand how their selling patterns are TOO SAFE which can often hold them back from their full potential. I use emotional intelligence training to help them understand their personal "triggers". Once triggers are recognized and managed, the sales process becomes a more collaborative, meaningful and successful process.
