CurrentSince December 2016, I have been assigned as the manager in one of the company's SBUs, named as Connected Cars & IoT, active in providing Fleet Management (FMS) and vehicle security Solutions. In this period, in parallel with working on multiple B2B and B2G enterprise projects, we have founded "Wizer", a B2C brand established to improve individual vehicles' security. Wizer is now the market leader with more than 25% market share.We have more than 35 experts in Connected Cars & IoT department, working in 5 different teams; including R&D, Marketing, Sales, Support and Aftersales, and Production. My achievements as the manager of this group in a four-year period (2017-2020), can be reflected by some statistics as below:- Increasing Business Unit market share by the factor of 5, to nearly 20%.- Increasing Business Unit Revenue by the factor of 20, in IRR.- Increasing Business Unit Net Profit more than 40%.- Increasing Business Unit team members more than 50%.

As my first role in Kavoshcom Asia R&D Group, I was company's representative in China for a mutual project with a Chinese company, aiming to develop an advanced Usage Based Insurance (UBI) solution for China market.Our team was responsible for developing web-based software and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) modules in this project. In addition to coordination responsibility of both teams and keeping the project in right track, I have developed first phase of LDWS (Lane Departure Warning system)subsystem in ADAS module as well.
