Douglas, a Petroleum Engineer with 28 years of a vast experience in the Oil & Gas industry: Field Operations, Reservoirs, Artificial Lift, Well Intervention & Completions, Account Management, Project Management and also in Sales and Marketing. I have worked for important Oil Services Companies, such as Schlumberger with almost 20 years and from which I have received several recognition's, as the best employee for Artificial Lift, Ecuador, 2001 year. Also clients`s recognition by the support to overcome their objectives and goals. I have also achieved important business, projects and resolution of conflicts for Schlumberger. Being the management account, the strengthening and building new relationships as also problem solving with customers my strengths and notably key factors for business success, which defined my career as successful professional with the mentioned company.My managers as well the customers have recognized me as a successful Sales Engineer by the perseverance in "getting what I propose" and focus above beyond client services to exceed their expectations, which is valuable for them.
