Never thought that I would be interested in Human Resources field.My dream was to be a voice actor, holding the scripts and acting as my favorite characters in games or movies. However, that point of view changed when I met one of my alumni at my university. He opened my perspective in this field (What is HR? What benefits HR bring for both employees and employers?). Since then, I completely got hooked up and more curious about HRM. That's why I am here to day, as a fresh graduated in Human Resource Management. I know what my current self lacking is real experiences and I believe that everyone can gain it during working and build up their own experiences. In the end, "Rome wasn't built in a day".
