Crowded is a banking and financial management platform that caters to clubs, groups, and other 501(c) organizations. Our comprehensive suite of features cover group banking, spending, collection, and reporting needs, enabling organizations to achieve financial stability without the stress of managing scattered spreadsheets and systems.

E-lekt was founded in November 2020 by myself and my business partner. Our product aimed to bridge the divide between political parties and their members in an era of remote campaigning. Given the political context in Israel at the time, about to enter its 4th elections in a matter of years, we found it prudent to enter the market while it was still hot. During my time at E-lekt, we managed to secure a paying client on a 36-month contract, build and deploy the application; Gidonline.We implemented a rapid go-to-market plan and successfully released Gidonline with minimal bugs on Apple's App and Google's Play Stores after three weeks of Research and Development. After successfully deploying the application, we managed to secure over 2,500 downloads in 21 days, with no paid or organic advertising. After the elections came to an end, we were debriefing and seeing ways to improve the business. During our debriefing sessions, we successfully identified bottlenecks and created a list of our lessons learned. In March 2021, the decision was made to bring the venture to a close.

Business Development & Sales Lead:In this capacity, my job was to convert leads into sales and to train/ manage sales teams to reach their utmost potential. The Commencement Group operates throughout North America and is a leader in on-campus merchandise sales. My responsibilities included data and inventory management, maintaining communication with the Company's executives, and ensuring myself and my team were providing the highest level of service to our clients. Additional responsibilities included being an all-rounder, assisting in the organization and preparation of products before departure to pop-up sales sites, including logistics, stocktake, transportation, operations and personnel optimization. A sample of the clients I worked most closely with, includes; University of Western Ontario, Fanshawe College, York University, University of Toronto, McGill University, University of New Brunswick, Mohawk College, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Athabasca University, Red River College, among many others.
