English teacher/ IELTS preparation teacher.

I understand that EFL students should have a strong voice in their own English language studies. My main interest at the moment is to teach English and prepare students for the IELTS test, I have been studying the structure of the test for 5 years, experimenting and using several tools to teach online. I also teach online because many students can't find a teacher in remote places in Brazil. Giving one to one English business classes to executives in different types of companies changed me into a more sensitive teacher, understanding precisely what type of program should be developed considering the abilities of each individual, taking the students to improve their fluency, cultural awareness and self confidence. My main objective is to help adult students who have difficulties to communicate effectively using a second language.

At the British Council I worked with a team where my main responsability was to give support to my colleagues and clarify information about all aspects of the IELTS test to visitors of the Center of Information.

Responsible for coordinating Business English immersion classes.Teaching business and general English in company private classes .
