Legal Assistant Paralegal / Cjis Administrator
Worked for DA over 4 Counties. I was in charge of 2 counties on everything from beginning to end including all trial preparation for sometimes 30 cases that needed to be ready to go on trial date (as we never knew which the judge would pick); and would help with 1 county weekly and 4th county would only help as needed. High demand offices and I adapted very quickly. I met all deadlines and all the work I produced was always 100%. I dealt with Texas Rangers, Sheriffs, Highway Patrols and/or Deputies along with several agencies. I also was given job title of CJIS Administrator on top of all my other duties in which I had to make sure all 4 counties cases were reported accurately for their background status. I had to have 90% or higher every year for each county to receive their grant money. I always met that deadline and when I previously worked in the County and District Clerks office I had to do the same for Garza County and I always met that deadline for grant as well. I am very well rounded in legal departments as I worked as Deputy Clerk in County and District offices for over 7 years. I am a fast learner and would be a great asset in any department and/or job title given.
