Key Responsibilities: Responsible for facility and client scheduling and managing the production process migration.Meeting Customer deadlines and following up with facilities to meet the deadlines.Coordinating with Project Managers and other supporting staff at US head office and with key production leads at facilities for smooth flow of work.Support the Project Managers with new logical ideas and methods to make work-flow as easy as possible.Effecting timelines for client based data requisites and instigating them before the timelines by coordinating with the production facility, QA team resources, etc.Providing various reports to Project Managers and Head of the Departments in US as per their requirements on various aspects (like project-level, over-all Indian Operations, sampling of Quality groups across facilities, Monthly and Yearly Reports etc.).Creating and implementing new process flows to co-ordinate with the requirements of our clients with our vendors.Planning and managing multiple production facilities across India which are subsidiary to Apex CoVantage.

Key Responsibilities:To ensure the quality of data is delivered to Customer fall under the standards set by the Client.Providing feedbacks to the production/QAG group on the absolute data and structure. Coordinate with the Team leads to ensure the final deliverables are delivered as per the schedule to the Quality Assurance Group for certification.Maintaining the MIS reports which provide the information regarding the performance of the project and other information as required by the management.Responsible for making final deliveries to the client within customer deadlines.Responsible to ensure the final deliverables are get it certified by the Quality Assurance Group as per the timelines committed.

Key Responsibilities:Understand the client requirements. Responsible for Team monitoring and maintaining individual performance reports on weekly basis.Work allocation based on the project deadlines.Planning and managing the resources effectively to meet the project schedules. Responsible to handle 120 members in a single shift, staff in data processing, imaging and e-books projects. Providing feedback on their performance, member’s falling below productivity level and poor quality.Maintaining the MIS reports which provide the information regarding the performance of the project and other information as required by the management.

Perfect implementation of company’s pre specified specifications.Analyze and Process the data as per the CSDD.Prepare and maintain the project-wise Check Lists as per specifications.Meeting quality standards set by the company/required by Customer.Uploading data to Quality group for certification and make corrections if Quality group provides any feedback and sending it for re-certification.Discussing the queries with Quality assurance groups in terms of specifications and customer feedback.Meeting the targets/schedules set for a project.Efficiently lead the e-Publishing projects by strictly maintaining the following three goal models of the company:Excellent quality of dataOn-time deliveriesCustomer satisfaction
