Multi, Distribution Outbound ManagerPort Reading, NJ -Department/ Oct 2020 to Current • Outbound manager managing three departments- Shipping, Gift and Bulk. Stabilization, Order modification and Gift Card processing.• Managing over 150 plus associates, 3 ADM on a 45-hour work schedule. • • Working in a 600,000 sq ft. building, my department are last to push the merchandise out to costumers. • • Engaging with my employees daily is the focus to help keep them motivated and on task. • • Driving costumer service, safe practices and time management, the associates are held accountable for standard minimal processing. • • Lead, direct, train and develop associates and ADM's. Contribute to a costumer focused culture through effective communication, fair and consistent treatment, leading by example. • • Establishing clear expectations and providing frequent and constructive feedback. • Ensure safe and timely competition of the daily workload according to established guidelines and processes. •• Review and analyze workload and other essential data to accomplish service goals. • Ensure associates safety through education and training, promoting safety awareness and accountability and by promptly addressing issues that may arise. • Work with Labor management to ensure the associates always be over 90% productivity rate.
