Instead each speech and meeting is evaluated by members. Every meeting has 3 main parts. The first part is Table Topic session. It is impromptu speech which is for people to think on feet and answer the question immediately. The second part is Prepared Speech based on the speech objectives on manual. The third part is Evaluation session which is to point out the strengths, weakness of the speech and give specific suggestion. I have delivered 7 speeches in the club. My English speaking skill, communication skills and leadership skills have been improved a lot. And it is a group of people with high vision to improve ourselves. Our club slogan is 'supporting each other, Achieving Excellence'. I'm going to join the Toastmasters yearly contest next year. -
