• Office Furniture Space planning, and draw 2D and 3D furniture layout with AutoCAD• Preparing quotation, placing order and preparing invoice • Providing business and administrative support to facilitate the planning and coordinating of activities of project to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters• Coordinating, planning, communicating and executing the delivery of core project components to the customer• Composing and editing routine correspondence documents including letters, memos, reports, meeting agendas and minutes• Preparing and tracking orders, communicated with customers, worked with cross function team to ensure the order process smoothly• Maintaining company's websites and all facilities.• Preparing subcontractors and office staffs' payroll every two weeks
