With over 12 years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and skilled HR Leader at Tritium, a leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions. I hold a Merit Academy Certificate from the California School Personnel Commissioners Association, as well as a BBA and a certificate in human resources management from California State University, Long Beach. I have developed and implemented effective screening, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations policies and procedures for Tritium and its clients. I also have a unique domain expertise in fingerprinting, as I am certified by the Department of Justice to perform ten print fingerprint identification and verification.
