• Responsible for event design, planning, coordination and successful execution of approximately 90 events a year, including high quality and innovative client corporate events, and staff team-building and social events.
• Working closely and collaborating with Key Stakeholders/C Suite, Senior Managers and internal teams (IT, Design, Marketing & HR) to ensure the smooth delivery of all events in line with brand standards and company UK.
• Overall responsibility for planning, design and delivery of digital and real life events, UK and worldwide, across various locations and time-zones
• Develop and create Annual Company Events Calendar working closely with CPO for effective management of the annual Events Budget of circa £1 million.
• Hands-on organisation, planning and delivery of small, medium and large-scale client and staff events, including site visits, venue inspections, travel arrangements, activities and entertainment, catering etc.
• Responsible for creation and implementation/roll-out of company Zoom webinars programme during Covid pandemic, including for company communication, team building and employee engagement, staff welfare and social.
