About Dora Padilla

Since 2001, I have been a Workers' Compensation Judge for the State of California, adjudicating issues arising under the California Labor Code. I have tried over 1000 cases and have handled the most complex matters.I am a former President of the California Conference of Workers' Compensation Judges representing the interests of all workers' compensation Judges in the State of California, as well as an officer and member. I have been a union representative with CASE, representing administrative law judges and attorney professionals in local union issues.And, I continue my relationship with Lincoln Law School as a professor offering a comprehensive course in workers' compensation.The Hispanic Development Corporation has honored me with their Portraits of Success Award, and I have been inducted into the Thomas P Ryan Hall of Fame with the East Side Union High School District.
