As the Chief Executive Officer of DSB Specialty Consulting, I have providing consulting services to public and private agencies in the areas of social work, child welfare, and human services for more than six years. I have a Master of Social Work degree from CSULB and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of La Verne.I am passionate about improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based practices, innovative solutions, and collaborative partnerships. I have extensive experience in project management, training, and supervision, having overseen multiple contracts and projects for the County of Ventura and the California Child Welfare Training Academy. I have also developed and delivered training programs on the common core 3.0 curriculum for social workers and foster parents. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as fluency in Spanish. My goal is to leverage my expertise and leadership to create positive and lasting impact for my clients and the communities they serve.
