Pricing Responsibilities:This includes development of proposed pricing (for FEDERAL DoD/Civilian as well as Local and State Government, Commercial, and Global accounts in my initial years at Ricoh), through strategy discussions with the sales team, and maintenance of contract pricing in accordance with the negotiated terms of the customer contract. Developed and maintained BPA contract pricing such as ANSO, USPS, and DLA GSA BPA as well as GPO, Army Reserve, Army National Guard, Department of Veteran Affairs and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Review the RFQ pricing requirements to Ricoh’s GSA Schedule 36, FARS, TAA compliance. RFQ response responsibilities: Responsible for creating and/or formatting RFP responses (for FEDERAL DOD/Civilian Accounts as well as Local and State Government in my initial years at Ricoh), coordinating content from multiple sources as required by the RFP and ensuring on-time delivery of completed proposals with appropriate reservations required by Legal. Also includes project management of the RFP Response, identifying and scheduling SME’s to provide input on schedule and working with sales to create and properly present sales strategies that can be supported by all applicable Ricoh resources. Engage Compliance and other SME’s as required by the response. Send completed package (pricing, TCC, technical and attachments) for approval.Department Liaison: Attend Product Marketing meetings, gather all pertinent information regarding new equipment and software. Discuss the changes in pricing for the new equipment, is it reasonable and does it govern the increase. Confirm equipment is being produced at a TAA compliance location. Prepare the information gathered to share with team members on the new equipment and solutions. Train new hire on equipment being sold, purchase master, RFP key words and proposal outline. Process Improvements,100 day plan, prepared document of acronyms used thru out the company.
