- In full charge of all business of Vietnam branch, including co-work with the third party on overseas direct investment and register of branch company in Vietnam. - Direct oversight of non-standard automation equipment projects implementation as well as related function team management.- Have regular communication with internal Business Unit teams and external customers.- Main customer: Apple, Amazon, Huawei, Foxconn, Luxshare, Goertek, etc.

- Responsible for CMs management as well as work closely on order fulfillment with CMs, identify supply performance of different CMs.- Responsible for project supply, tracking daily operation and work with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks that may impact supply to ensure timely delivery against committed plan.- Responsible for forecast tracking, leading the forecast analysis meeting to review forecast and supply issues with CMs regularly as well as driving for supply improvement.- Responsible for order management, the balance between the best order fulfillment and the minimum liability, including product phase-in/out activities management and judge/execute liability for excess (EOL product).- Data collection and report generation to support operating status and supply and demand analysis.- Provide support to address/coordinate on contingent issues with the team like invoice booking problems, payment issues etc.

- Responsible for new product planning activities of touchpad sample build and production ramp from material preparation, fabrication, assembly, test/program to pack. - Lead project kick-off meeting with design center team/internal operation team/CM representatives, PCB supplier to clarify and close technical issues (TQ/DFM), set engineering sample and production ramp progress target as well as track progress and resolve issues.- Provide direction to CM for material preparation including PCB based on backlog/risk-buy instruction/FCST and review daily build & ship plan to ensure steady supply as well as work with CM for capacity planning before ramp and release tooling PO for CM and PCB supplier.- Manage the efficiency of Engineering Change Order’s/Material Change Order’s/Manufacturing Deviations in CM and support internal operation team to do DOE/qual-run, coordinate with PM & WW sales on customer sample and production ramp milestone.- Coordinate internal operation team and CM/PCB supplier to solve technical and nontechnical issues timely to ensure timely delivery against committed plan.- Lead the Pre-MP risk assessment, drive CM and internal related function teams to prepare relevant reports for project RTP in Agile system based on agreements, including yield report, drop test report, environmental analysis report, line audit, etc. - Maintain good relationship with CM and PCB supplier and measure performance in QBR. - Main customer: Lenovo, Samsung, Dell, HP, Acer, Toshiba, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Asus etc.

- As the project leader, fully responsible for project cost, schedule, internal team and external customer communication as well as all related risks from project RFQ to EOL.- Lead the establishment of the project team, responsible for technology evaluation and MP possibility, investment planning and cost estimation with internal team and negotiate price with customers.- Monitor program schedule and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth running of program based on customer’s demand.- Responsible for MP and stock management, monitoring global sites capacity and stock status to ensure in-time delivery and less excess base on the latest demand as well as require compensation from the customer for liability.- Coordinate with project team and maintain customer relationship.- Main customer: Motorola, Nokia, Huawei.

- Responsible for English teaching and assisting in some training activities.
