Main Project：- Assist the President for Asia for all business development and operation.- Joined sigikid in 2013,in charge of BD department (Both Online and offline). Develop new channels/cities for new stores according to the regional roadmap.- Analyze markets / Develop market entry strategy / Identify business opportunities / Conduct feasibility study / Strategically negotiate leases / Present proposals to the German board / Lead and coordinate professionals with different backgrounds.- Keeping track the relationship with partner such like SHKP group, KERRY Group, Bailian Group, etc. Negotiate all the leasing conditions with landlords, revise the lease contract. Successful opening store: IFC, Sogo, Kerry Parkside, The Place, DEJI Plaza etc.- Additionally, I was responsible for the collaborate with different e-commence platform including Tmall, yoho buy, responsible for daily operation and collection.- Liaise and support subsequent functions such as project management, fit-out operation through to the store grand opening. Familiar with property appraisal methodologies Develop effective new tools for systematize reporting and analysis- Familiar with ERP system, SAAS.
