Work closely with the Company’s Incentive/Loyalty business to facilitate projects and initiatives from ideas and concepts to technical reality providing unique and innovative solutions for clients. Responsible for determining functional requirements/scope to meet business needs, document initial business requirements, work directly with clients, account management, and development teams to determine appropriate solutions and managing all project phases through delivery.

- Fill out, print and sort SS-4 forms for 7000+ clients.- Input client and company information on IRS online application to obtain EIN numbers, print screen to PDF format and enter ID in Excel database.- Sort, organize and open IRS letters with client’s EIN numbers and stack in correct location.- Image IRS letters and save with appropriate nomenclature and record batch number.- Control and track daily progress in Excel.

Mexico City Area, Mexico

- Serve as a communication bridge between Cognizant and the Client during the entire project. - Redefine and generate a bilingual BRD template to facilitate understanding for Spanish Clients.- Assist in obtaining technical requirements such as VPNs and Lotus Notes access.- Schedule requirement gathering sessions with business owners.- Gather, document and translate technical functionalities for over 40 Lotus Notes applications to validate if feasible for migration to SharePoint 2010.- Follow up with Clients on system workarounds to obtain their approvals and final sign off.- Maintain and update online bundle registry with daily status on documents, upload latest BRD versions and confirmation emails.- Deliver KT sessions to business owners on new SharePoint application for UAT testing.- Test applications during QA and UAT phases to help prevent issues during testing with owners.- Create training materials, manuals and tutorials when requested by Client.
