With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I have developed a passion for balancing business goals with employee needs through creative and thoughtful solutions. As the Human Resources Director at The Brickle Group, I lead all aspects of the people function, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, change management, performance, safety, training and development.As a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a holder of an Environmental, Health & Safety Certificate, I bring a unique combination of HR and EHS expertise to my role.
