As the sole Paralegal at this firm, my day-to-day operations consisted of many different roles, including: Providing clerical/administrative support to four full time Attorneys;Handling the general Office Management, overseeing 4 Attorney and 5-6 Non-Attorney staff at any given time; as well as Providing support in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

As Owner & Director of this program, I was solely responsible from the first day of operation to ensure quality care and education for children between 6 weeks to 12 years of age. I entered this firm out of High School as an entry level runner / clerk. In a short time, I advanced to the role of a Secretary; and later obtained my certification as a Paralegal. Finally, I accepted a promotion to Office Manager, where I was responsible for oversight of not only the Law Firm, but also a Real- Estate Company owned by the Senior Partner. As a direct result of my work ethic, and the ability to successfully balance while multi-tasking in a fast-paced, professional legal office, I would later be invited to re-join the firm.
