Responsible for managing the Graduate/MBA Program at Altadis, ensuring that the highest calibre talent is attracted and retained. This involves maintaining a presence in the top Business Schools in Spain and also building Employer Branding in the market place.Main objective:- To promote Altadis' development opportunities in Spain and worldwide and to transmit the personality of the company: ambitious, dynamic and flexible.- Attract future leaders for the company and retain them by developing their capabilitiesHow do we develop these capabilities? - By giving them the opportunity to rotate through different departments of the organization (and other countries within the Imperial Tobacco Group) in order to develop their knowledge. - Coordinating the processes so people can be involved in completely different projects and in different areas with the objective of being appointed to a position of responsibility after one year and a half when the rotation finishes.
