Current6 directs, and 20 total reports.Manage time-cards and payroll.Utilize SAP systems, and other apps: Samsara GPS, MaintainX, UKG, TM, ADP, Microsoft Office, Teams, Corcentric.Collaborate with manufacturing plant, lab, and warehouse to load tanker trailers, and plan driver routes for on-time deliveries to regional customers.Aid in posting new job openings, and onboarding for new hires.Maintain professional and positive communication across departments via radio, phone, email and Microsoft Teams to keep daily workflow on-schedule.Follow SOPs; Equip team with necessary work-orders, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, and proper placarding, to maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to DOT regulations.Use calibration charts to allocate space; Avoid overfilling compartment trailers.Deliver monthly reports and responsibilities on-time; Be present and prepared for roll-outs, presentations and internal meetings.Maintain Excel spreadsheets: inbound/outbound product, equipment compatibility, customer information and needs.Create and enter Process Orders correctly to maintain accurate inventory.Operate weigh-station scale; make calculations; print accurate weight tickets.Enter Purchase Requisitions into Corcentric app and SAP to order equipment; Work with Accounts Payable contact to receive created Purchase Orders.Member of Emergency Response Team and Safety Committee.
