I believe we were created for deep human connection. Each of us battles our own private demons and my desire is to walk into the lives of others and tell each person "you are not alone."In my over 15 years of experience working with young adults (in colleges/universities and now in the United States Military), I have found that the loneliness people face today is tragically common place and often ends in tragedy. What would it look like if we could help individuals connect in deep and real ways? To help individuals find comfort in their pain, hope in their despair, and strength to face each new day with the knowledge that they are seen, known, and matter deeply?As a local director I manage programs and plan events to promote mental health and community connection. I also specialize in social media marketing and design to help increase awareness of resources available to key demographics.
